This is a very interesting topic, I believe the concept is commonly called ‘ReverseHTTP’ or ‘PTTH’ where observers send back hooks to listeners. It was a nice write up and I’ll certainly try out your demo to implement my desired behaviour in plain ruby/w rails. |
